Insulin Allergy??

Hi everyone I’m a Type 1 diabetic using NovoRapid and Toujeo I have started getting a burning sensation on my skin and have had blisters and red patches when I’m getting my insulin ready to inject. Also on injecting my insulin it is burning and painful to the point of me wanting to pull it out straight away not wait for a count of 10 before taking the needle out. Is this normal or have I developed an allergic reaction to my NovoRapid and Toujeo?

Injection site reaction
The use of Toujeo can cause injection site reactions. Site reactions are common side effects of insulin pens. It’s not clear how often these side effects occurred in clinical trials of Toujeo pens.

The following reactions can happen around the area of skin where Toujeo is injected:

itching
rash
redness or discoloration
swelling
lipodystrophy (skin dimpling)
