Insulin Desensitization

Can anyone have information about insulin desensitization if there any relationship between Hba1c and desensitization ?

Hi @HICHAM_T2, Because HBA1C is an result of averages (average sugar compound amount) with average red blood cell life weighed from males red cell life averaging 117 days and female 108 days) it is difficult to be precise. A very high HBA1C suggests high bsls over past 3 months which could be due to reduced insulin sensitivity or some other factor. (assuming there is no other cause for HBAiC unrelated or only partly related to BSLs)
If there a lots of ketones or lack of exercise or introduction of medications or appearance of other health problems either of which cause increasing insulin resistance then insulin sensitivity will be affected BUT if the insulin dosages are adjusted to allow for decrease in insulin sensitivity then the HBAic result would be much less likely to reflect or predict the change in insulin sensitivity.

My body has been dealing more strongly with the amount of carbohydrates compared to the past.
This is due to the low HBA1c. For this I expect that my body will bear more carbohydrates without the connection to 8mmol after meals
Tomorrow I will try 25 carbohydrates of white sugar to confirm the quantity allowed
I well Repeat the experiment after a month
I also plan for a few meals a day after every seven hours that means breakfast at 7AM and lunch at 1PM the dinner at 7PM
 
Hi @HICHAM_T2, My friend I look forward to seeing how you fare. If you have lost weight since the last time that could increase your sensitivity to insulin (and apologies on not mentioning it in my previous post. Also if there was a level of stress of some sort involved last time higher than now, insulin sensitivity could also be better. So many variables but in the end we do and continue what works best even when we cannot always know the reason !!

Already today I took 25 grams of white sugar and my blood sugar arrived 7.4 mmol

This means that my body has become well handled with carbohydrates
Note I felt a feeling I did not like after eating white sugar that it was disgusting
 
Despite the experience, now you know that white sugar is to be avoided (TBA) and great to see the BSL result !!
