So I am a type one diabetic and I am going backpacking in hot countries in a few weeks time, I won't always have a fridge or somewhere I can put my insulin to keep it cool, does anyone have any recommendations on what i should do with my insulin? Will it be safe? Would a cool bag be good enough in my bag? Please let me know if you have any suggestions!
