insulin intolerance

friends wife has this and she says its not type 2 i thought it was the same as insulin resistance.. she is on 2000mg of Metformin day, and when i told her i was type 2/pre diabetic.. doctor can't decide so he has diagnosed me as type 2 to be on the safe side and told her what i eat she seemed bemused no one has ever told her about low carbing... going to try and get her on here so she can ask stuff..

am i right or wrong though is resistant the same as intolerant?

but even that swaps resistance with intolrance throuighout the whole transcipt :crazy:
