I’ve been on insulin pens for just under a year and am really fed up of having to inject all the time. Is this a normal thing to go through?

I think I went through multiple emotions when I started injecting
- Scared I would make a mistake
- fed up with doing it all the time
- resigned to having to do it for the rest of my life
- pump? what do you mean? I don't have to inject any more?

I am now going through the second stage again with my pump - fed up with it. But hoping I'll get through to the resigned phase soon.

Yes I think its very common to experience these feelings, I too am fed up with having to lead such a rigid life nowadays, talk to your team or doctor about it and they may be able to help xx
