Do you mean a pump that can integrate with a continuous glucose meter (CGM), or a pump that has a built in fingerprick blood tester? There are both kinds, but you won't get the CGM type funded without extra special approval. However if you self-fund the CGM supplies, it saves you money to have a pump that is CGM compatible.
In the great majority of NHS funded cases, only a pump is supplied, and no CGM, and the patient continues to use normal blood testing procedures to support the pump.
