I have to see consultant on Monday, but nurse thinks I am insulin resistant, I current take 850mg x 3 daily of metformin and lantus at night of 47 units. Breakfast lunch and dinner I take apidra @ 12, 15, and 19 units. What does anyone think will be the next move for me???

it sounds like you're a T2, insulin resistant and carbs go hand in hand AFAIK
