Insulin

Hi all. Posting again re my recent visit to diabetic clinic. I was informed by a doctor there that I could now use Metformin instead of insulin. This came as quite a surprise to me. I've been injecting insulin for 20 years!!!.so this change was to be made in a minute. I balked at this idea in order to ask people here for some advice. So thanks in advance.Kevin ..
