Type of diabetes

Started using insulin 3 months ago, and my diabetic neophathy pain in my feet went straight away. Why? I don't no.
Using Traseba and Humalog.
Twice a day.
 
More than likely because your bg levels are better controlled, either way that's good news that the pain has gone away.
