Hi the consultant has found an interactive tool which explains diabetes in a child friendly way with information and humour but age appropriate. I know when my daughter was diagnosed my husband and I were overwhelmed by all the information so I can only imagine how she felt. They are inundated with children in our area with diabetes at the moment. They have already passed last years figures 3 mths ago. So that is why we are focussing on the children to help put something into the paediatric ward. Thank you for your interest.
