Has anyone out there had problems with loss of sensor signal between sensor and smartphone, seeminglty related to being caused by "Interaction" between router and sensor signal to App? I seem to have and cannot seem to get any real advice from either Abbott or KCOM, my broadband service provider.
have you tried to change either band or channel that your router uses? eg if on 2.4g try switchit to 5g only. apart from that would try a different channel on router to see if t hat helps at all.
Have not had that issue however had had issue with various wifi devices after neighbor got a new provider and channel change helped with those.
