Intraretinal cysts

Are these serious? I have stable proliferative retinopathy ( for 25 yrs)Also glaucoma (for15 yrs) and dry mac deg (5 yrs) Routine screening has revealed these. Going to eye department next Thursday. Anyone got these who can let me know?

I've got one, but the hospital just dismiss it. I'll be interested to hear how you get on @DiabeticDi because I get pain in the same place in that eye sometimes. Hospital said pain was dry eyes, but it feels very different. Optician said it was very small too. Hope you get some more answers when you go next Thursday.
