Hello Everyone,
I was diagnosed with type 2 about 18 months ago and I managed to lose 2 stones in weight and bring my HBA1C levels down significantly. They're now rising again and I don't know why. I'm also on a cocktail of prescribed drugs and I wonder whether anyone else is having the same experiences of feeling lethargic, tired, brain fog, unwell most of the time?
