Is it normal to constantly feel hungry?

Thanks for that Etty, I'm pretty much sold on low carb anyway after seeing what it does to my BG

Only question I have is, when I don't want to lose any more weight (which won't be too far away - I needed to lose about half a stone), what do I eat? Low Carb is the way forward for my BG!!

Sorry just seen this. You don't eat anything different, just increase the amount of fat and perhaps a little more protein to raise your calories. Take it slowly!
