Type 1 Is it possible for insulin to increase blood glucose levels?

Random question I know but can it actually ever happen?
 
Well for a type 1 I do not know. However, for a T2 possibly, if the insulin causes a low and the liver over reacts to increase the BG levels and then the insulin resistance kicks in to stop it being used appropriately.
