Yes, I am.

I switched from the Libre 1 though, thus I have no experience with the version in between.

The most noticeable change has been that I can only use the official application from Abbott to read out the data. It's not the same app as is used for the 1 and 2 sensors, and on top of that, I have a version specific for the Swedish market (I guess that's because Abbott had to open up an API for the application used for communicating with the Swedish health care systems).

Previously, there were some unofficial apps built on reverse engineering the sensor NFC protocol (Glimp, xDrip, Diabetes:M to name a few) but I haven't seen anything developed to handle the Bluetooth connection yet. Quite annoying, as Abbott's app can't zoom into the diagrams, has no meal-to-carbs feature, doesn't visualise the size of carb intake, can't calibrate a (e.g. half-bad) sensor's graph against blood glucose, only shows the estimated graph and not the raw data, has bugs in its alarm interface and yet more deficiencies. I really wish Abbott would ship an open API to get the raw data from the sensor, then anyone could build a reasonable app, while letting Abbott keep the income from selling sensors.

Oh, sorry for the rant.
I use its alarm feature, which is often useful, though I sometimes need to turn it off, due to too many false positives in case of less than stellar sensors.

Yes, I’m using the libre 3 and it is much better than the 2, it’s much smaller also. Don’t need to scan it like you did with the libre 2 either. It’s a continuous feed from the sensor to your phone. Just need to download the libre 3 app on android or iPhone. I’ve got it for the iPhone.

Yes i partly switched to Libre 3 as well, although still hard to get them where I live..

- smaller sensor makes FS3 less annoying to wear. I even wear it on my arm again, while with FS 2 i switched to legs regularly as it was just annoying on my arm, running it off, getting stuck on doors etc..

- continues readings, so you could just quickly check your phone to see your bg or place your phone in front of you and see where your bg is going, without any scanning.

- sometimes the Libre can invite to overregulation, but it was already the case with FS2 as well; for example yesterday a high alarm Was shown. I decided to take a bit of insulin. But within 5 minutes my bg had already lowered again (so i shouldnt have taken additional insulin).

- a bit dissapointing was for me that it is not really easy to get your continuous readings on a smartwatch. Technically it should really be a piece of cake to send readings to a smartwatch over bluetooth, but i dont think fs3 officially supports any smart watch. There are some workarounds, but then you still need your phone as well. It woukd be better if Smartwatches would be supported as stand alone devices.

- alarms are switched off by default when you install the fs3 app, so be sure to switch on both, high and low alarms. Unfortunately still no repeated alarms in case your bg remains high for a longer period.

- abbott doesnt produce readers anymore for fs3, only the app.

- so the fs3 is a good upgrade but still up for improvements.
