Is this a true fasting BG?

4.9 this morning. I wonder if mine can be counted as FBG Levels because during the week I usually go to bed at 11.00 with a cup of coffee and test when I get up at 5.15 therefore it's only approx 6 hours since I last ate/drank something so is it a true FBS?
 
A bit marginal and I don't think your surgery would accept it as fasting since mine says nothing to eat or drink for 14 hours. Some surgeries say less but none that I have ever heard of say only six.

Mind you, look on the bright side. You have found a way of starting the day off with a brilliant low level.
