Last night before bed , my glucose reading was 5.4 ,,,,,,,,, I had a terrible nights sleep,,,tossing and turning most of the night and worrying about something that had happened during the day. When I finally got up, my glucose reading was 7.4 !! ,,,this freaked me out !i haven't had any readings in the 7's since I started testing, let alone when I first get out of bed. My readings throughout the days have all been between 5-6.4 ,,,, was it the lack do sleep that caused this mornings reading? Something else? Thanks for any input !
