We are told that diabetes is the single largest undiagnosed condition and that everyone should get checked and especially the older overweight amongst us, yet today I was at a hospital and needed a bite to eat and the shop and the WRVS cafe could only offer choccies, ploughmans sarnies, biccies, jaffa cakes, sausage rolls, pasta snacks and fizzy drinks.................
