Issue with Libre Link mobile App

Hello. I had a recent issue with a libre sensor (Version One not Two) during its initialisation. Both the Libre reader and mobile phone app kept trying to set the 60 min start up.

I've now used a new sensor and the Libre Reader has started it successfully and I get blood sugar readings. But if I use the mobile phone app it keeps asking me to start up a new sensor. It's showing the previous discarded sensor as still running. I'm not sure what to do and I don't want to lose another sensor.

Is there any way to fix the mobile application?
