@stefficlewis . A bigger concern for me would be why are your BS levels in the teens?
I use dexcom and find that the more you drift to high numbers the greater the variations in blood and interstitial readings.
You may find that the libre will be more in line if your bloods are between 4 and 10 mmol.
Are you saying the app and the freestyle libre reader differ? I have never seen that on android. It's quite illogical. There is no reason for a difference, it is a purely digital exchange of data AFAIK.
As previously said, at those levels there will almost certainly be differences between the two test types. And that's not really important. The difference between 18 or 26 IMO is accademic. They are both too high.
Ok you might say that calculating a bolus adjustment could be difficult but you could do it in chunks and of course watch the trend on the libre.
I think we all fuss about the numbers too much. One of those new bloodless testing bracelet thingies shows red, amber, green. Not a bad idea.
I also had a hypo the previous day and wasn’t correcting my blood sugar- following DAFNE.
