has anyone else had this?
the soles of my feet itch like mad and drive my crazy :crazy: :crazy: it seems to be 1 foot more than the other though and as we diabetics cant use things to scratch and scrape atour feet soles what do others use to ease it?? i have tryed soaking and foot lottions i have even tryedtickeling it rather than scratching but nothing!
any ideas???

I get that a lot too on one foot...usually my left one, I just buy cooling sprays, seems to take the itch away...They dont have to be expensive ones either...

Give it a try, might be better than nothing...if your feet are cool, they wont itch so much

I find my entire body tends to itch when BG is high.
 
Hi. I have the same problem with itchy feet mine is the top of my feet and mostly in the left foot. I always put ice on and it seems to ease it a lot. Put some ice in a plastic bag it will be hard at first but should help.

Could be Athletes foot which is treatable with a cream or talc.
 
nope not athelites foot as i got that asa kid so i know what thats like plus not my toes its my sole x
