I think it is always valid to remember that everyone's mileage may vary on any subject - from medication, to diet, to exercise and other lifestyle issues. I can recall a number of posts where you have pushed unnecessary and unwanted advice on (amongst other things) vegetable and oatcake consumption - leading to forumites asking you to stop.

Tbh, I do find Newsbot often full of doom and gloom and some of them are things I already know ( some basic information for type 1) very long winded articles and think the money could be used else where. I know some members would appreciate the posts, but I do feel indifferent to them.

Reading the headlines doesn't necessarily mean we know what that article is really about, until we have actually read it and then, it's too late, daily newspapers come to mind too
