Type 2 Jam

This is easy to make, if you don't mind using sweeteners

There is one called good good jam but it can be quite expensive and it doesn’t have a massive shelf life once opened. I occasionally buy it from Amazon but it can range in price from £3.99 to £9.99! I suppose it depends how much you want it and what you are going to use it for. It’s about 3g net carbs per tablespoon

I usually mush some fresh berries up and use in place of jam. I find them sweet enough so don't need to add any sweetener or sugar.

Thank you for the replies. Much appreciated.

I am not in a position to make the jam. However I was hoping for a product that can be bought locally if possible.

update - re Good Good jam, I actually found it where I live (in the Med), and also in the UK for my next visit. Amazon works out too expensive for me because of the shipping costs. Cannot wait to try some. Looks yummy.
