My dad has purchased the above book and strongly recommends it. Although he is healthy he is of the opinion that it could be beneficial to me due to its healthy recipes and its exercise section- all of which can be done at home.
Has anybody else got or used this book and how did you find it?
It's not a bad book at all. Plenty recipes in there and also a low carb section if I remember correctly.
It does depend on the standard of your cooking though, the meals are a balance of minimal effort and taste. See it as a Jamie Oliver cookbook over one by a Michelin star chef.
