Just been diagonised with T2

HI! Guys,

Just been diagonised by the GP, that I have a Type diabetes.

I need to go to the nurse tomorrow and get some further tests done and then the GP will refer me to a specialist team.

Any advice would so much be appreciated.

P.S. My mother also has diabetes since her early 60s.
 
Not as bad as it seems at first
Hopefully, you will be able to control it with a change of diet
Make sure that you try and do what the specialist nurse tells you (they do really know what they are talking about) and everything will be ok

How old are you please?

All the answers you need ar right here on this forum.
