I'm planning to start on the pump early September so I don;t actually have experince with any of them yet, only a quick play in the office. For me the choices were Animas Vibe, Accu -check combo or Medtronic Veo.
I quickly rule out the medtronic as the pump team at the hospital are not used to that one. They only have a couple of patients who've moved from other areas using it, I felt I'd rather go with one they were more familiar with unless I could find a really good reason not to.
The other two both looked nice but I've chosen the animas. For me having all the wizzardry on the pump will (I think) work better than having the meter/remote. I have a few meters stashed in handbag, car, kitchen etc and the thought of having to remember one specific meter each time I go out did not appeal. I also liked the idea of it being waterproof, not so much for swimming but I've killed one meter by getting it wet when out camping, don't want a pump to go the same way.
I also like leaving the option open to get a CGM in the future, though with the costs involved it's not likely I will be able to.
