Just found this on Instagram (meatza)

Might be a bit protein heavy for some...

Not for me! I like my food looking like a Carcass album cover...

Still can't beat a spicy mince in a let us wrap.
 
I used to make the Nigella version, which was even more meat-heavy, but didn't actually taste like pizza. Nowadays my LC pizza of choice is with the Fathead crust (mozzarella, egg, ground almond/flax, herbs & spices) - yum!
