just had HbA1c results

Hi all

i was first diagnosed on 20th Jan with a score of 56

well since then i have lost 1stone 2lb in weight and my diabetic nurse has just rang to say my score is now 45

well happy and so is she

Very well done. If you can trim another 4 points off that you'll be into a non-diabetic score. What have your tactics been?

And Breathe alli have been doing is watching what sugar intake i am doing

and also been on diet by changing what i eat going more heathier

Hi there not as well as you thats for sure I did start off all guns blazing lost 2 stone and fasting BG down to 5,s but fell a long way off the wagon with mad carb binges before and after..... xmas. Weight gain and blood sugar rise . But kicked myself up the backside and now getting back on track .You have done really well should be proud of urself
 
Everyone keeps telling me that - thank you! I hope you manage to keep back on track, it's not easy I know and don't know where my resolve has come from, I got through christmas without any real deviation too. Keep posting so we know how you do!
