I have type two diabetes since 1993 am on insulin and diabex.. I have high and low levels stress contributes mostly to my high levels.

I wish to thank all those to welcomed me into this great group. I was looking at the posts and the answers were all very helpful.I am sure I will benefit greatly following the psot and all the info about diabetes. Thanks.
