Just stopped pumps after about 12 years. Starting back on MDI today. And starting CGI in about 2 weeks.
As well as Humalin S I am starting Degladec u200 today. My starting dose is 160 units (reduced slightly from a 1:1) ratio. Not worried that it is a fairly high start dose but as it is new enough to be still yellow carded in case of adverse reactions, wondering how other people have been when suddenly switching over at this sort of dose.
