Keeping Insulin Cool

Hi Diana Chui,

For cooling insulin many people use Frio bags - I think they're pretty good.

The basically work by evaporation keeping the bag cool; you soak the bag and the crystals absorb water and then that water slowly evaporates off.

I think they're much better than lugging great thermos flasks about; which always seem to shatter when I use them...
