For the last few weeks I've been struggling with my blood sugar levels.. When ever I eat i carb count and then test and put the right amount of units in! But with in half hour to an hour my sugars drop I've had two hypos today!

Time to change ratios? Have you been exercising more than usual?

I started the gym about a week ago but before that I was playing football about 3-4 times a week! So I'm really active most of the time..

Perhaps a basal test might be a good idea to check that's working correctly?

Probably good to do as @db89 says and start with a basal test then look at carb/insulin ratios.

What's that?

It's a test performed at different times of the day to check that your basal dose is keeping you flat. Best guide I have found is here but the values are in mg/dl instead of mmol/l - there is a converter for that.

Edit: beat me to it @Diakat. My keyboard speed needs work I see.

Ah but you inserted proper hidden links and a converter.
