I am a type 1 diabetic and I have been on a keto diet for 3 weeks. I have a carb intake less than 20 carbs per day. I want to stay in the range of 100-130. I find my glucose gets to 170 and 190 range and I do not have a lot of luck correcting them with an insulin dose.
Does anyone have any experience with this type of situation?
