Hi,
I have read so much since being diagnosed I think I am finally getting to grips with things.
I'm struggling however to find out about ketones regarding diet and diabetes.
On the one hand I've read that ketones in the blood is a bad thing, ( and I beleive how they determine that you are T1 or T2) on the other it seems a lot of people have had succes in putting the big D into remission by following a keto diet and thus going into a state of ketosis and presumable producing ketones!
Can anyone explain?
Thanks
Cheers
Nick
