A week is a pretty short amount of time .. I know ketogenic diets can have a fast effect but I'd start to think months and not days.
If you are producing ketones on a blood ketone monitor than you are in effect "in ketosis" whatever the level but as
@Jim Lahey says its still very early days.
I'm guessing you have just started BG measurement so you won't know how high your sugars were beforehand?
Hopefully you will see more drops and lower levels over time.
