ketones

hi,im probably amongst the most unhealthy of diabetics and I'm terrible withn managing my lvls.
I average around 11.5~12.5 which I know is high,sometimes its sky high like 25+,
ive just tested myself,16.4
so I tested for ketones,which registered at 0.2........do I have cause for concern?
