My ketone levels have been sitting at 1.7 for the last few hours :/ any advice on what to do?
 
Are you a type 1 diabetic, and are your glucose levels high too? Do you have any f the symptoms listed here under the Symptoms of DKA heading? If you so need to seek medical advice.

Agree with the above. Also try to drink more water as that will help flush the ketones out of your system, I'm told.
