E Elc1112 Well-Known Member Messages 709 Jan 23, 2012 #2 The ones I use (ketostix) are as follows: Trace = 0.05g/L OR 0.5mmol/L OR 5 mg/dL Weak = 0.15 OR 1.5 OR 15 Moderate = 0.4 OR 4 OR 40 Strong = 0.8 OR 8 OR 80 Very strong = 1.6 OR 16 OR 160 I've included the units as I'm not sure which is most relevant to you. Obviously any ketones are bad, but I'm sure you know that Hope you get yourself sorted soon. Take care. Emma
