BG still kind of high...and if he's feeling sick I would contact your diabetic nurse ASAP...generally speaking you should contact your diabetes team when BG over 11-13 and ketones present...hope he feels better soon

You should definitely contact your nurse and follow leaflet for sick day rules, i would give him a pen injection asap. Is he throwing up because he has ketones or because he has a bug? If a bug you should consider increase basal rate temporarily until ketones less than 0.4.if ketones were before throwing up contact hospital.hope he is better soon
