His book is currently free on Amazon.http://www.amazon.co.uk/KILL-DIET-P...UTF8&qid=1395996112&sr=8-2&keywords=Kill+diet
Remember that you do not need a kindle to read it. You can have kindle app on mobile /tablet or PC. He advocates high fat low carb small breakfast, low/no carb large lunch and good dinner with some carbs. Ie eat most of your daily carbs in the evening.
By eating 3 good meals you should not need to snack. This gives your stomach and body proper time to process the meal. Makes a good read. The killdiet.com website has printable no or low carb recipes.
Interesting read, pretty much a low carb high fat diet, although i find the suggestion that pizza is acceptable towards the end of the book rather bizarre! The rest of it makes sense to me though.
I wont be rushing out to buy into his consulting service though, there are loads of free low carb resources out there, including for low carb diabetic recipes
Actually scrub my comment re pizza, I had not realised the website has a recipe for low carb Pizza (although the book doesn't actually say that it was referring to that recipe, so could be misinterpreted)
