Knee pain!

Helloo,

I have done previous posts about sciatica in my right leg and well I woke up a few days ago and I now have pain in my left knee and it slightly clicks when I bend it and really hurts when I walk. Any ideas on what this could be??

It could be anything from a strained cartilage to arthritis, or maybe you just banged or twisted it.
