Well as its my birthday I thought I would crack open the Jam, I miss jam. So I got some La Nouba Strawberry Spread, it's 8g carbs, but got them polyols in them, which I know some people does not make a difference and effects levels anyway which makes it 1.6g net carbs. so I had a tablespoon full on burgen bread with 0g carbs 0g sugar olive spread.
Smells like strawberry jam, tastes like strawberry jam and was very very tasty, just like strawberry jam.
I give this one 9/10, just becuase I don't know what the polyols will do, I am waiting for the walden farms strawberry spread which will be 0g carbs.
Will update in 2 hours. I woke up this morning to a 6.8 from a 5.3 last night.
Making me hungry! Don't forget to give us your two hour BG
After all the testing, you ought to do one post with a chart, showing all the goodies you tried, Bgs you got, what it was like, etc.

Brilliant news. I don't have a sweet tooth, so jam etc is not really something I think about, but this is great for those who do miss things like jam.
I notice you bought quite a bit from the low carb megastore? One of my favourite on-line shops for all kinds of things. That and Amazon where finally I have managed to order some coconut flour
