Buffet or self server salad bar ideal to choose from .
Choose hot food fish n meat ,veggies , baked peppers , etc .
Leave out the refined breads, pasta,potatoes white carbs .
As these will spike the BG's levels upwards .
Pick n choose the foods you like taste of also .
Accompany the well cooked meats n fish with plenty of veggies .
Salads can be variable with other additions added daily .
Sausage,bacon,eggs, mushrooms,peppers,tomatoes too at breakfast .
Give the fruit juices a wide berth as these do tend to be sugar laden .
