Ladies of a certain age Menopause

Hi All
Hope you are all good & looking forward to Christmas.
I'm experiencing some difficulties with fluctuations in my BG levels. 3 to 4 days of being quite level then another few days of of high & low fluctuations. I'm 52 and was wondering if any other ladies of a certain age have experience of this? Thanks in advance ☺

I'm not quite sure at what stage I am at as have used marina coil for years hence no monthlies. This is really good to know, think I'll discuss with consultant at my next review in early January. Thanks
