Have you tried Accu-Chek Fastclix?
It's a great lancing device and each drum contains 6 lancets.
I tried these many years ago. I was caught-out a couple of times with no spare drums. You can always re-use a lancet, but with the drums it was impossible to use one again. Anyway, my GP at the time (when I was living in Crawley) made me choose an alternative, as he said the drums were too expensive.agree this one is the best

Standard (Generic) lancets need to go in a sharps box, even is the cap has been put on.
Multiclix and fastclix never have the needle exposed and can be thrown in the trash as stated on the box.
