Hi all

I'm looking for some advice, I take my lantus at 10pm every night however I'm wanting to change to earlier in the evening, just wondering if anyone has any experience with changing their timing as I understand it must be taken at the same time. Thank you

My nurse suggested I bring the injection time forwards/backwards by 15 mins per day.

However I am a type 2 so don't know whether the same applies to type 1.

Thank you for your reply I'm guessing the same would apply if it's the same medication.

Hi @Jen92'

When I was on lantus I moved my injection from 10pm to 6pm, my DSN suggested to move the dose over a few nights 1 hour at a time (which I did without any issues).
