Last day using the blood pressure meter

Tomorrow I my last day using the Omron M2 blood pressure meter. I have had it for a week now and have to give it back to the medical centre with a chart listing all my readings. 4 per day x 7= 28 readings. However, I have ordered (and am paying for) a new one for myself. I should have it delivered by tomorrow. I was going to buy it from the shop on this site but all they had was blood glucose meters. I will get a blood glucose one eventually as well. Kenny
 
Personally I would get the BG meter sooner than later, It was the first thing I bought on diagnosis in fact I walked out of the doctors surgery and into the chemists and bought one.
 
I bought the BP meter first as originally I'd been diagnosed with mild hypertension and the doc decided to send me for an Hba1c while he was at it. Turned out I was diabetic too, so two weeks after buying the BP meter I bought a BG meter too.

Careful control of my diabetes has resulted in a return to having a BP within normal parameters. So yes, get both!
 
Old Omron M2 going back to medical centre tomorrow. Got new one today and took my first reading with it five minutes ago. It was 134

62 there was a slight difference from the one I have been using. The new one has only one button start/stop , whereas the old one also had button on it which said M on it. Kenny
