Hi, can any one tell me what is good for a late night bite to eat, am working shifts, when i get home around 10.45/11.00ish the need to eat takes over and i fall back on the old favourite toast, has any body got any other ideas.

If I get home late I usually just grab a handful of nuts or a lump of cheese (or maybe both if really peckish!)
Or maybe try a small pot of Fage Total Greek Yoghurt.

Anything that is low carb or carb free so think of things like meats (ham, cold roasted chicken drumstick - make sure it's nothing in breadcrumbs), eggs (scrambled, hard boiled, omelette), nuts, cheese, green salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, olives, cheese). Hope that gives you some ideas
