Just got my latest Hb1Ac results and from a diagnosis of 95 last October down to 57 I must say I’m pleased... the big game changer for me was the advice on here and going low carb... a big thanks to the many on here and their help and advice...there’s still work to do with the main aim to be completely off the meds
